    INSPECTION MEMORANDUM

    Material against following order has been received. Please plan inspection activity so WH may shift /
    place material at designated places.
    It is mandatory to carry out inspection within 7 days of issuance of this inspection note. Purpose of
    inspection is to note whether the product conforms or not to the specified quality limits expressed in the
    specifications or standards. Units conforming are accepted and units not conforming to standards will be
    rejected.
    Please ensure that quality is never compromised.
