WorkforceReady App

Please see instructions to guide you through setting up the Kronos Workforce ready App.

1.Download the following App from the App Store. ​There are several Kronos Apps so please use the
Kronos Workforce ready App.
2. Open the app and select your region as ​Europe.

3. The Company shortname is a 7 digit number. The 7 digit number that you require is ​6133419.

4. Use your ​User Name​ and ​Password​ to login.

(This is stated on your employee record)

Kronos Self Service-How to guide
Logging in:

Username: firstname.surname

Password: Selfservice1!

Click LOGIN

It will now ask you to change your password

Password: Selfservice1!

New Password: Needs to have a capital letter, number & Special Character (also needs to be something that
you will remember)

Confirm Password: Same as New Password

If the below screen appears and it tells you that your account is locked you will need to let your line manager/people
operations know so they can unlock for you and then move onto the change password change step above.
My Account Screen:

You have several options on here:

My Profile:
You able to change your address/bank details/email address etc in this screen.( see below)

Please ensure that you also inform people ops – so they can inform payroll.
My Schedule:
If you click on this it will show you what your proposed schedule is for that week:
My Settings:
If you click on her you can reset your password:

My Time Off:
This is where you request all your holiday requests:
Click on Submit request Top Right of the screen!

This will then be sent to your Supervisor for authorising. Once authorised it will send you an email (as now).

If you want to check what your holiday allowance is and what you have left to take you can do this by:

At the bottom of the screen you will see your recent request this will tell you if they have been approved or
not!
My Timesheet:
Your timesheet will show you what hours you have worked for that week.
