Changing your home address

Click My Record

then select Home address from the drop-down list to see your current address.
Click Update Record to edit your address, and Save when you are finished.

3
Changing your next of kin (emergency contact)
Go to My Record and select Next of Kin from the drop-down list.

If there is no contact, click to add the details of your primary emergency

contact.
You can add more than one contact, but ensure that the primary emergency contact box
(below) is ticked for one.

To change the details of a contact, or to delete a contact, go to View to the right of the
record. There you will have the option to Update or Delete the record for that person.

Requesting Holidays
There are two ways to request a holiday. The first is by going to Book a Holiday, on the left
hand side of the main page.

You will be taken to the holiday planner, on which you can drag your mouse over the days
you wish to book (do not highlight the day you will return to work).

4
Once you have clicked Save, you will be asked to confirm the durations of the days you
have booked. Your non-working days are automatically not included, but you should make
sure that you click on AM or PM if you only wish to take half a day.

Once this is correct, click Save.

If required, type extra information in the comments box.

Click Save again to send the request to your line manager.

The second way to book holiday is to go to My Record and select Holiday from the drop
down list.

5
Here you can see a list of dates you have booked. Bank Holidays and the Christmas
closure period are already booked for you.

To book a holiday, select Request a New Record. Enter the dates you wish to book off, and
click Save.

Once you have clicked Save, you will be asked to confirm the durations of the days you
have booked. Your non-working days are automatically not included, but you should
make sure that you click on AM or PM if you only wish to take half a day.

6
Deleting or Changing Booked Holiday
To delete a holiday which has already been approved, go to My Record > Holiday. Click
View beside the holiday you would like to delete.

You can then either change the dates of the booked holiday (Change Request) or delete the
booking (Delete Record).

Your line manager will then receive this as a request to approve or reject. The dates in your
record will remain unchanged until the request has been approved.

Check your holiday requests

Go to the Request Console in one of the following ways:
 In the My Request Summary section of the dashboard, click Go to
Requests
 In the navigation menu, go to Home > My Requests
Click My Requests (Made by You) to see a list of requests that you have made.

To view details of a request and its status, click Show beside its entry.
To delete a request, click Delete beside its entry. You cannot delete requests that have
already been accepted or rejected (you can make a request to change/delete holidays
within the Holiday tab).
