3. How do the points connect with your personal experiences?

4. Which part of the materials surprised you?

Is when they talk about their own experience in life because it made me realized that I
am not alone. They taught me lot of things I never know before and this give an impact
to myself on how I can change myself for the better, on how to love myself and most
especially having a belief that I can do everything I want. Just by reading and watching
these materials, I feel like I am also in that situation still looking for my own way of
escape but now I finally know how to help myself. There are times where I feel insecure,
afraid and shy because there are parts of me where I can’t accept wholly and it is
frustrating knowing that you need to deal on that problems every day. I agree on what
Sean said that if we feel like we are not enough, there is a tendency where we tend to
find an external validation to fulfill that part and it is very tiring at all. I started to think that
I am already enough I just need to find my own reason of my existence, my reason to be
happy and I think I slowly started to see the answer for that questions in my mind. For
the new normal, I just realized that everyone is affected by this new set- up and I also
believe that we will get through to this if we make a way. Also, I learned that using and
acquiring the skills, knowledge and understandings takes time which requires an effort.
You should have the willingness to push yourself and not to stop just because you think
that it difficult to handle. If you believe and determined enough that you can do it, then it
will happen.
5. Which part would you definitely share with your family and friends?
