    Q: Please Advise when WIKA started building the project, their current completion

    progresss (%)

    A: Current Progress as per November 2019 is 41.14 %, according to the ODS,


    construction work starts in 15th November 2018.

    Q: The Contract between WIKA and Niger, please advise if there is any amandments
    made to the contract. If yes, please submit the amandments.

    A: There is not yet contract amandment to be made.

    Q: What is the status/progress of the fund disbursement(s) and repayment schedules. I


    understands that Exim has released the downpayment about a couple of months
    ago ? would you mind sharing the disbursement and repayment schedules ? has any
    repayment been made by WIKA (if any)?

    A: 1st Invoice : 10 % (paid)

    2nd Invoice : 16.05 % (approved, on payment process)

    3rd Invoice : 3.48 % (approval process at the Nigerien ministry of finance)

    4th Invoice : 11.42 % (approval process at the Nigerien ministry public works)

    Total Invoice in the process : 31.14 %

    Total paid Invoice : 10 %
