How to start a new meeting

1. Look at the taskbar, then click the windows icon

2. Then appear a new box like this:

3. Immediately Type “Start Zoom” then press enter on the keyboard


4. wait until appear a new window like this:

5. Click the New Meeting, then wait until appear a new window like this

After these 5 steps, you already made the meeting


How to share the meeting ID:

1. move the cursor into the zoom meeting window until it appears a new bar on the bottom of the
window which contains like participants, chat, share screen etc

2. then click the participants colomn and then, there will be a new part of the zoom meeting like this

3. click the invite


4.after that, will appear a window like this, click the EMAIL

5. then click Gmail


6. Furthermore, type the designated email on the page

7. after that just click the send icon ^

These 7 steps are for sharing the detail of the meeting through email

If you want to share via WA, there will be a new following step such as:
8. drag the information like this (BEFORE CLICK THE SEND BUTTON AS THE SEVENTH STEP)
9. then right click on the mouse then click copy like this

10. open a new window on the browser like this by click it:
11.then type web.whatsapp.com

12. then appear the WA like the display on your phone, then click the contact which you want to sent to

13. after that, right click on the type a message and click paste like this:

14. after the information is copied into the space, just press enter on the keyboard

8th – 14th are steps for sharing the information via WA
