SUBJECT : BACK TO OFFICE REPORT (BTOR)

DATE : September 23, 2020

In order to provide immediate supervisors and Top Management with the basic
information on the training/activity attended, participants to training and related activities
initiated outside BBEMNHS shall be required to submit a Back to Office Report (BTOR), as
per attached template. The report shall also serve as basis for decision making, plans, and
follow- up actions, if necessary.

The BTOR shall be submitted to the immediate supervisor within five (5) working
days after the activity. The same shall also be a requirement, among others in the payment
of reimbursement of expenses.
