Being the Twilight Goddess might be the most tiring job for a woman.

You shouldn’t side with

anyone. Equality is necessary and you have to uphold it. No one Lunox grew tired of this.
Lunox had been living her life fighting for both Good and Evil. An endless cycle of death,
vengeance and wrath. Nothing ever seemed to stop. Lunox lived a tiring life as the Goddess of
Order and Chaos. She protected the powerless, punished the rash, helped the weak, yet no one
seemed to do these things for her. Was it because she was too powerful to even protect to? She
knew this was her destiny and the reason she existed.
The world is for her to protect but even someone as strong and omnipotent as the Twilight
Goddess wanted a life as a normal girl. She believed in the story of love and dreamed of it for as
long as she can remember. But then again, who would want to love a girl so pure as an angel and
as dark as a devil? The whole idea of it remained a dream sealed in the eternal darkness inside
Lunox, never brought to light again.
Her dreams brought to reality shouldn’t include petty things such as love. It was to have peace all
over the Land of Dawn. Lunox wouldn’t ever experience things like that.
Or so they thought.
A long fought war started again and Lunox was called by the Unique God to intervene. The girl
understood that with great power comes with great responsibility and took it upon herself to stop
the fight. She absorbed powers from the two opposing sides and the soldiers gradually lost its
powers, it was painful and Lunox knew there’s a possibility that she could die, but she endured.
Lunox succeeded in absorbing all the power from the Lord of Light and Lord of Abyss and
absorbed the two opposing powers inside her, but she also used up all hers. Both lords lost and
couldn’t do anything else but go back to their lands and waited for the next return.
Lunox fell into a deep slumber.
Only to wake up in a world completely different from hers. The lands had big structures
towering as if testing the heights of the heavens, moving things with people carried inside
flooded the streets. It was different. All too different.
“Um, are you lost?”
Lunox turned to find a boy with dark brown hair, wearing a mask and a red sweater. She blushed
seeing how the boy towered her. She always floated back at the Land of Dawn and didn’t stand
as equals to any man or woman.
“H-Human, could you tell me what this place is?”
The boy’s brows furrowed, “Are you serious? You must be kidding me hahaha, come on, I’ll
help you get home”
“Can I trust you?”
“Can you?”
In all of Lunox’s life, she never once imagined that she’d take someone’s hands again. She
hesitantly slipped her hands with his, feeling the warmth spread from their intertwined hands. “I
can” she mumbled.
The boy flashed a smile, “That’s good! My name’s Louis. What’s yours?”
“Lu—“she stopped not wanting to tell him her real name, “Luna, my name’s Luna”
Louis’ smile deepened, “You look familiar though, I think I have seen you somewhere. Maybe a
game character?”
“I do not understand what you are saying Louis. But I wish to know more so keep talking”
“You speak like an old woman”
“Do I?”
“Yes”
“I think you just insulted me!”
“I did not!”
Deep inside, Lunox wished for her normal life to continue, she wished that this time, in this
world, she’ll be happy for herself. And luckily, have the chance to fall in love.
