The Developer reserves the right to rectify the figures appearing herein in the event of any unintentional errors. 1. Total Contract Price (TCP) is inclusive of 12% VAT (if applicable), Reservation Fee (RF), and Miscellaneous Customer Charges (MCC) such as documentary stamp tax, transfer tax, and other taxes and fees relative to the transfer of Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT). 2. RF is non-refundable, non-transferable, and payable to BRITTANY CORPORATION. 3. To secure reservation of unit(s) desired, the buyer is requested to completely fill out the Buyer's Information Sheet (BIS), sign Option to Purchase Agreement (OPA), and the RF. 4. Applicable discounts shall automatically be forfeited if buyer fails to comply with payment due dates. Thereafter, regular financing scheme and corresponding payment will be applied. 5. Discounts upon Loan Release (LR) are only applicable through Bank Financing and buyer should secure approval thirty (30) days after payment of full down payment (DP). In case the buyer cannot secure LR within specified period, then Discounts upon LR will be forfeited and In-House Financing will automatically apply. 6. Complete BIS and pertinent documents must be submitted within thirty (30) days from date of reservation. 7. DP and Monthly Amortization (MA) shall be covered by Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs).
