Team Charter

Team OGL343-11

Purpose:
The purpose of Team OGL343-11 is to link to up and work together to gain new insights and
skills while working in a virtual team setting. The team will use its combined knowledge and life
experiences to encourage and support one another through the duration of the course.

Duration and Team Commitment:


The team has been assigned to work together on two team assignments during the 7.5-week
course. The team members are committed to checking the team thread on a daily basis to
ensure that all information shared is current the up to date.

Membership:
Team OGL343-11 will consist of 5 intelligent ASU students who attend the OGL343 course.

Function:
The Team will perform the following functions:

 Select a subject or interviewee from the team.


 Conduct a 45-60-minute Life History Interview with a team member.
 Develop questions to ask the interviewee during the interview.
 Take careful notes during the interview.
 Write a 400-word minimum report each based on the interview and the team's performance.

Expectations:
The Expectations for the team are as follows:
