A participant (LH4) has raised a complaint that he has lost all the 8 clothes
that he had given for washing. The laundry staff claims that it is impossible to
lose all the 8 clothes together, and claims that nothing is misplaced and argues
that the participant or his friend has already collected the clothes. Laundry staff
rather accuses the participant has made up the issue to avoid laundry payment.

2. At 2 AM in the morning, a student seems to have injured himself badly in LH7. He

needs to be taken to the hospital immediately.
Put yourself in the shoes of the Hostel Committee and decide what needs to be done"

3. At 2:30 AM, a participant from EG 303 complained that there was no water in the
wing. By 3:00 AM there was no water in the entire building! Something needs to be
done and quick…

4. "It's a warm Sunday afternoon and things couldn't be better. At 2 PM, an issue
seems to have popped up in the mess! You are to go to D 111 and find out what has
happened."

5. While on rounds, the security officer happened to find girls in a room at EG 1st
floor at 1 AM smoking up. Clueless as to what needs to be done, the participants
quickly apprised the hostel committee of the situation

6. At 12 30 AM, participants were celebrating the birthday of one of their beloved

batch-mates in C-wing. The Security Officer interrupted the party and told everyone
to go back to their respective rooms. Apparently, weed, bong and alcohol was also
found at the scene. As a last resort, participants have summoned you(members of the
hostel committee) to help them out.

7. Farewell Party is to be held this Friday evening. Owing to what happened last
time around, some parties have refused to give permission for conducting the event.
As members of the hostel committee, you are to get the required permissions from
the respective authorities.
