organization’s values, objectives, its climate and culture. Communication has thus become very
Things that were not used were the normal communication ways that a company
manager should work with other management on the floor. First there is “Digital methods
include email, app such as slack , social media, video, blogs. Environmental communication is
old school, putting up posters and banners or pinning notes to a bulletin board” (Moreno, 2007).
Another way the communication could have been presented was print, by using a board to show
the item or goals that management wanted fulfilled by the company people.
Print is another old school approach. giving employees a hard copy newsletter.
Another way is, there is face to face meeting in staff meetings and private discussions.
Then there is Upward and downward, communication in organizations can't be just Otp to
EVERY organization has both” official and unofficial communication. formal communications

One employee shares news with a couple of places, big downside to informal communications

computer training to get people up to speed on safety or other things that need to be met like extra
hours worked and company policies they want the employee to follow.
Thirdly, Other things used in the workplace for business communication is to create an open
environment where all employees of the organization are free to share their feedback”. Employ
all members are invited to become part of decisions.” (Moreno 2012, pg .2).
Business communication must be result oriented and focus on acquiring fruitful results so the

Fifth, the focus on listening, people what they want to say. Technology has opened ways where
we can share info on online meeting places like zoom and teams. there we share ideas and ask
questions about what we are facing and study. Once we learn from them so we can apply to the
work. Thus they could share some videos on the official website of the company where people
can go and learn about company policy changes and what is expected of them, shared by the
managers.
Some communication channels that were bypassed are that including business communication
is to create an open communication environment. Because not all people know the plan to take
to solve the problem of production set by the floor manager, they don’t know the steps to take to
fix the problem, and how to tell people to know they are doing the work the right way.
People can conduct meetings at night or when it is conducive to all people. People are to
report and give updates on their work on any issues they are facing or what they are working
on. The boss always has an open door policy and you can walk in there and talk to them at all
times. They will give information on stuff to you. if any globes or mask are to be worn or not.
So finally, the information given to people is useful and to solve the issues.
“For improvement, I do the “one to one communication” where keeping it together -Socratic dialogue,
the geek philosopher Socrates is very important, go give information on this item.”( Sharman,
2009,pg 194).

According to “Communication and Capitalism” by Sharman, "There are two connected and
very intuitive reasons for dialogue, or face-to-face conversation, to serve as a blueprint for the ideal
transferal of ideas, knowledge, and information "(Fuchs, 2019, pg. 4). Taking is thus used as a

When captured in Shannon models, all that stands in three ways of people, institutions, or
nations connecting their minds and really understanding each other, “It seems is simply a question of
perfecting the channels. Then there is one to many communications - sowing the seeds, there is a
long history of examples of how those in power usually have the best means to make themselves
“The power of dissemination, especially when coupled to large scale communication technologies, is
useful to fixing the communication and program. “(Impar, pg 4.). People coming up with their own

different departments talk about their experience to new people, or where they talk about the vision
of the company as a whole and where they want to be 10-15 years from now. Then the company

can set their goals and hire people as needed to fill them. For example Amazon in 2025 wants to
upskill their people so that they can reach their goals in 2025 by giving amazon workers access to
more training and schooling like paying for their degree on the side.( Upskilling-2025, 2020).
