A TOUR TO NEW YORK, BOSTON

AND ORLANDO
DAY 1 (5TH JUNE 2017, Monday):

On 5th June, We students of Ryan International School (Ryan Group-4) under

Guidance of respected teachers Mrs. Poonam Vadehra and Mrs. Peeya Sharma
departed from New Delhi IGI Airport to New York, U.S.A(for an educational
trip) in Qatar Airways flight, which had a hault at Doha, Qatar (Hamad
International Airport). We reached JFK International airport, New York in the
afternoon by 3.15 P.M. Then we took a chartered bus to our hotel “Executive
Suites”. We checked in there at night after having dinner in New York city.

DAY 2 (6TH JUNE 2017, Tuesday):

We got ready by 7a.m, had our breakfast and took our bus for the Statue of
Liberty. We took a ferry to liberty island. We had lunch there and returned.
Next, we went to “Madame Tussauds” where there are wax statues of many
public figures. There was also a wax statue of U.S. president Donald Trump.
After that we all headed to Times Square, the place with the maximum footfall
in a day. We returned to hotel after shopping there and had our dinner.

Day 3 (7th June 2017, Wednesday):

We had our breakfast and checked out from the hotel with our luggage. Then
we headed to Broadway Studios. We exercised/warmed up with an actor then
asked various question to another actor there. After that we had our lunch in
the bus itself and headed to Boston. We reached Boston in the evening, then at
night we went to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

Day 4 (8th June 2017, Thursday):

Early in the morning, we checked out from the hotel and headed for “The
Museum of Science”. We saw many scientific things there and participated in a
“make a satellite” contest. After that, we went to MIT (Massachusetts
Institute of Technology), the world’s number one university. We visited the
campus and had a guided tour of it. After MIT, we had lunch at an Indian
restaurant and proceeded to another famous university “Harvard University”.
We had a guided tour of Harvard campus and went to a souvenir shop. Then, we
went to Boston Logan International airport and departed in a Delta Airways
flight to Orlando. We reached Orlando at night, had our dinner in the hotel and
went to bed.

Day 5 (9th June 2017, Friday):

We got ready for “Sea World”, a theme park and marine zoological park. We
enjoyed there, did shopping and played on different rides. Then we went to our
hotel and had dinner and slept.

Day 6 (10th June 2017, Saturday):

We woke up by 7am, had our breakfast and proceeded to Kennedy Space Center,
NASA. We had a VAB guided Bus tour of the space center, then we watched a
3D IMAX movie and had our lunch there. After that we headed to space science
museum. Then, we went to premium outlets for shopping. At night, we returned
to our hotel after having dinner.

Day 7 (11th June 2017, Sunday):

We again headed to Kennedy space center, but in our school uniform. We saw a
real space shuttle, had a shuttle launch experience and an emergency sliding
experience. We then had our lunch with space shuttle astronaut Ken Cameron.
We then went to “International Premium Outlets” for shopping. We returned to
hotel after having dinner.

Day 8 (12th June 2017, Monday):

After finishing morning chores, we headed to Islands of Adventure in Universal

Studios, the best theme park in the world. We had a lot of fun there. We had
our lunch there, played on rides and roller coasters. Then, in the evening, we
went to “Best Buy”, an electronics’ shop. We had dinner and returned to hotel.

Day 9 (13th June 2017, Tuesday):

We checked out from the Hotel and went to Orlando International Airport. We
departed for NewYork in United Airlines. We had lunch in a restaurant at New
York and headed to the United Nations Headquarters. We had a guided tour
there and visited many councils and learnt about the branches of the UN. Then
we went to the JFK International airport and departed in Qatar Airways Flight
to New Delhi, India which again had a hault at Doha. Finally, we reached New
Delhi at 3 a.m. in the night Wednesday.
Our Trip was over. We really enjoyed and learnt a lot from this fabulous
educational trip to U.S. East Coast.
