 I have scored 29, which means that I am an effective team person. But still there is a scope of

improvement where I have to work upon.

NAME OF THE ACTIVITY: Sociometry

OBJECTIVES OF THE ACTIVITY: To find out the dynamics among the existing group.

PERSONAL LEARNING FROM THE ACTIVITY:

 I found Sociometry, is a well-known group technique which can be used to improve the group

process.

 It was figured out to be an intelligent means of achieving the group goal and personal

development of individual members.

 Sociometry aims at proper understanding of social relationship which helps to resolve the

intriguing and baffling problems of to-day.

 The nature of relationship existing among the individuals consisting the group was

understood by sociometry.

 Sociometry measures inter-personal relationship, prevailing among the members of a group.

ACTIVITY – 03: TEAM PREFERENCES QUESTIONNAIRE


For each of the questions allocate 10 points to reflect your preferences for what you think
your team should ideally be like. The points can be allocated in any way you think fit (for
example A-0; B-5; C-3; D-2 = 10). Then repeating the exercise allocating the points
according to what you think your team is actually like.

you may find it difficult to work happily within it.
 The words you used to describe your ideal team should also help you to identify your
preferences.
