When the Transistor Q1 is turned ON by +ve going input signal, the current

through RE will increase as IE=IC .


The voltage drop across RE and thus emitter of both the transistors will go in a +ve
direction. so Q2 of the VBE2 is more –ve then the Q2 will conduct less current.
Non-Inverted output appears at the collector of transistor Q2 for input at base of
transistor Q1

The Advantage of the differential amplifier is that Hum and Noise signal called the
common mode signal, which is common to both inputs, is cancelled out in the
output(practically is not possible for cancelled for equal balanced signal )
When the common mode signal is appear at the output so the ability rejecting
the common mode signal is given by the common mode reject ratio(CMRR).
