B Battery
1 Are the ventilation caps provided caps provided properly on battery?

C Alternator (Power Terminals Box)      

1 Are the gland plates of power terminal box fixed properly and its condition?

2 Is the glancing of power cables connecting terminals found in good condition?      

3 Is the termination of power cables done properly with correct size of lugs?      

4 Is the tightness of termination checked properly?      

D DG Set
1 Is the spark arrestor in good condition & fixed properly?      
2 Is there any leakage of lube oil & diesel from DG?      
3 Does proper access exists for DG?      
4 Is the emergency stop PB functioning properly?      
5 Is the overall cleaning of DG set done properly?      
6 Are guards provided for all moving parts e.g. belts, pulley, couplings etc.?      
E Fire Protection      

1 Is fire extinguisher available along with DG set (CO2 & DCP)
