    REQUEST FOR A CONFERENCE

    Gentlemen:

    I act in behalf of Mr. SENLY T. LOY and SENDRICK T. LOY, who are the registered
    owners of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-57505 situated in
    the Barrio of Balili, Municipality of La Trinidad, Benguet, containing an area of SIX
    HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE (669) square meters.

    As shown from the survey plan prepared by the Geodetic Engineer, herein attached to this
    letter as your reference, you encroached an area of EGHTY-SIX (86) square meters from the
    property of Mr. SENLY T. LOY and SENDRICK T. LOY.

    In this regard, may I invite you for a conference at LA TRINIDAD SUNRISE TRADING,
    Km. 4 La Trinidad, Benguet on ____________________________ in order to settle or come
    up with the agreement regarding the encroachment.

    Your valuable cooperation is very much appreciated.
