Minutes of the English Club

SY. 2013-2014

The election of clubs and organizations officers was held on June 14, 2013 at exactly 1:
32 in the afternoon at 4th yr. San Pedro Calungsod room. The moderator, Mr. Rey Pz P. Abasolo
presided the meeting.

1. PRAYER

The meeting started with a prayer led by the moderator, Mrs. Rofelyn G. Sadangsal.

2. INTRODUCTION

After the prayer, the moderator of the club explains the importance of the club and its
main objectives.

3. ELECTION PROPER

The moderator act as the presider of the election of club officers. Then the election
started and ended with the new sets of club officers for the school year 2013-2014.

4. SUGGESTIONS

The new set of officers are given time to discuss what are their future plans for the clubs
along with their moderator.

5. ADJOURNMENT

Since there was no more matter to discuss the meeting was finally adjourned with a
closing prayer by the newly elected president, at exactly 1: 54 in the afternoon.
