Discussions:

1. Formulation of PN Batch 2022 Rules and Regulation:

 Curfew time – having a warning ringing of bell at 9:45 P.M. and a final
ringing of bell at 10:00 P.M. It includes the people outside and inside their
room. Agreed that beyond 10:00 P.M., all lights should be off and noise
inside the rooms should me minimize. Violators may face 2 types of
offense, the first one is the warning and the second one is to have a face-
to-face with the Education Manager.
 Noise Minimization – should be the responsibility of all scholars to
minimize the noise. No one is allowed to standby in the lobby, because
lobby is for the visitor’s purposes only. Violators may face an impromptu
speech as a final offense.
 Computer Laboratory Concern - all should always ask the education team
for permission in entering the com-lab. All must observe and should obey
com-lab’s rules and regulation.
 Library Books Concern - books should be returned 1 week after the
borrowed time. All should always log-in first before bringing the books
outside the library room. All must observe and obey library’s rules and
regulation.
 Cellphone Usage – All should always log-in before or after using the
cellphone. No one is allowed to use the cellphone inside their room or
com-lab. Calls must be answer in the lobby or on the front yard. It is also
prohibited to hide in the laundry or anywhere while using the cellphone.
 English Only Policy – will be strictly implemented.
 Courteousness and Politeness Concern – all must be grateful to all the
staff, visitors and their co-scholar as well.
  Sunday Zumba Session Concern – session is a must. Violators will be the
one who will lead the Zumba on the next Zumba session, as a final
Offense.

2. Implementation of PN Lost and Found Section – agreed to ask permission

and guidance from the staff for the realization of the PN lost and found section.
This section is the place where the lost and found things are returned.

- Presentation (one dance and one song presentation) Selected
Students that are willing to perform and a spoken poetry to be
presented by Marjorie Entoma.

- Flow of the program will be cared of by Floyd Villamor.
