YAOUNDE. The meeting started at 5:30pm with a word of
prayers lead by Nkemfuetlancha. He called on the almighty father to guide and
protect us throughout our deliberations. This was followed by a word from the
chairperson, Nkemnkengaka. He thanked all members for respecting the meeting
schedule and presented the objective of the meeting which was to “Organize a
Fund-raising Activity” for the completion of the LECUDEM multipurpose hall.
The floor was then opened for proposals and the 28 th of May 2022 was
unanimously chosen for an official fund-raising day. This activity has to take place
at the LECUDEM hall. After a brief brainstorming, the following
strategies/techniques were put in place in order to attain this objective.
1. CONTRIBUTIONS FROM MEMBERS:
Each member has to be levied the sum of five thousand five hundred France
(5 500 frs), which is equivalent to a bag of cement.
2. To send out appeal letters to individuals and associations.
3. To identify chief launchers in and out of LEWOH.
4. To write a project proposal and submit to Organisations (the German
Embassy, the U.S Embassy MINNAC, Orange Cameroon, the Yaoundé VI
council etc…
5. To give appeal letters to village meetings in LEWOH e.g Lefock,family
meeting, Menky, Upper Lewoh, Ngwasung, LECUDEM USA, etc
6. Appeal letters to be given to Fondom associations e.g NWAMETAW,
LEBANG, NWANGONG, WABANE etc.
7. Cutting of the cake
8. American auction sale.

Resolutions taken during the session.

 Mrs Asong Christy and Nkemawungjia Columbus to draft appeal letters
latest Thursday 17th March 2022.
 Writing of names on pillars will be from five hundred thousand France (500
000frs) and above.
  A meeting to be held with Chief Justice Fonkwe to present the Plan of
Action
 Members to propose technicians who can come out with an estimate for
wiring and piping of the hall
 The president will contact Nkemlekeaka Sylvester to be a member of the
delegation to meet Chief Justice Fonkwe Joseph.
 Work to begin immediately after the fund-raising
 Sensitization to be intensified during the meeting of 10th April 2022
.
In his closing remark, the chairperson appreciated members for their presence,
determinations, contributions and their encouraging resolutions.
