MINUTES OF LDM LAC SESSION # 1

October 20, 2020 @ 1:00-4:00

 First LAC session of LDM for Teachers is conducted on October 20, 2020
@ 1:00-4:00 P.M. at SRES Computer Laboratory.
 The team composes of 10 members and a LAC leader in the person of Mrs.
Erminda G. Improso.
 It started with a prayer and the singing of the National anthem through AVP
presentation.
 Welcome Address is given by Mrs. Evania L. Flores then followed by the
introduction of the guest speaker by Mrs. Jorna A. Lacsado.
 Mrs. Improso, as the LAC facilitator give us the course overview and its
significance in the teaching-learning process in the new normal.
 We were then arranged into groups to answer/ work on different activities
at the same time assigned as facilitators of different modules.
 Each group representative shares their reflections on the activity/ies.
 We set the schedule of the succeeding LAC sessions.
 We are ask to bring a copy of MELCs and CG for the next session.
 A closing remarks is given by Mr. Romulo P. Batas
 LAC session is adjourn at 4:00 P.M.

MINUTES OF LDM LAC SESSION # 2

October 29, 2020 @ 1:00-4:00

 The master of ceremony checks the attendance of the team members.

 Session starts with a prayer by Mrs. Editha G. Perdigon followed by the
singing of the national anthem through AVP presentation.
  A welcome address is given by our LAC leader Mrs. Erminda G. Improso
then followed by the introduction of the first speaker Mrs. Jorna A. Lacsado
 Mrs. Lacsado talks about the background, rationale and development of the
MELCs.
 Followed by the next speaker, Mrs. Melvina T. Castro talks about
Unpacking & Combining MELCs into Learning Objectives.
 The latter then group us into 4 groups to work on the activities module 2.
We are given 20 minutes to work on it.
 The facilitators call one representative from each group to share their
answers/ reflections on the activity/ies.
 Mrs. Lacsado reminds us the schedule and venue of the next LAC session.
 The Closing remarks is given by Mrs. Evania L. Flores.
 Session is adjourn at 4:05 in the afternoon.

MINUTES OF LDM LAC SESSION # 3

November 4, 2020 @ 8:00-4:00

 The master of ceremony, Mrs. Jorna A. Lacsado, checks the attendance of

the team members.
 LAC session started with prayer by Miss Maria Luz D. Jupista then followed
by the singing of the National anthem through AVP presentation.
 The welcome address is given by our LAC leader Mrs. Erminda G. Improso.
 Mrs. Lacsado introduce the first speaker Mrs. Evania L. Flores who will talk
about Understanding the different Learning Delivery Modalities
 There are samples presented for each modality through AVP.
  In the afternoon session, the facilitator assigned us into 4 groups to work on
the different activities.
 Each group assigned a representative to give her answers/ reflections on the
activity.
 The facilitator reminds us the schedule for the continuation of their module.
 Then a closing remarks is given to us by Mrs. Erlina E. Pillotes
 The LAC session adjourn at 4:00 P.M.

November 11, 2020 @ 1:00-4:00

 The facilitator checks the attendance of the team members.

 Mrs. Merfa M. Osic, the master of ceremony starts the session with an
opening program.
 It started with a prayer by Mrs. Janice C. Degala then followed by the
singing of the national anthem through AVP presentation.
 The welcome address is given to us by Mrs. Erminda G, Improso, our LAC
leader.
 Mrs. Osic introduces the facilitator Mrs. Ofelia R. Rivera who will talk to us
about Designing Lessons and Assessments in the Different LDMs and
Guiding and Monitoring Learners in the Different LDMs
 The team are group into four to work on the different activity/ies
 After few minutes, the facilitator asks us one representative from every
group to give her answers/ reflections in the activity.
 We are reminded for the next LAC session schedule.
  Then a closing remarks is given to us by Mr. Romulo P. Batas
 The session is adjourn at 4:00 P.M.
