Respected Sir,

I, Ateeq Khan S/o Late Naseer Khan aged about 35 Residing at, 8th cross, Govindpura,
Bangalore - 45 married to Nooree Taj D/o Mohammed Iqbal aged about 24 residing in #144,
Opposite St.Dominic School, Govindpura, Bangalore – 45 ,on 25/09/2016 at Govindapura,
Bengaluru -560045.

As the letters attached with this and allegations mentioned from my wife, I feel guilty of my
actions and I know there was no good that came out of this unfortunate experience, I promise
that I won’t put my wife Nooree Taj D/o Mohammed Iqbal ever again in this situation.

It was not my intention to create such an awkward and embarrassing situation for my family,
her family and your Trust.

I promise that I won’t approach Mrs. Nooree Taj ever again in my life in any situation, I want to
end my relationship as of today and place mentioned above, also at the said date I will divorce
my wife and provide for her in terms to legal rights.

Also, Mr. Sadiq Khan with Aadhaar number 412563643075, and Mr. Nawaz Khan with
Aadhaar number 529285178390, are witness to my apology and take responsibility of my
actions again in regards to this subject.
I have taken this decision with complete knowledge, belief, faith and information and no one
has forced me to do it with a serious note, and if I do not follow the above-mentioned MOU,
please take required steps and actions legally and morally, I have no objection from my side.
