    Subject: Request letter provide respite in regards to complaint filed on me.

    Respected Sir,

    I, Shahid Maqthar residing in Govindpura, Bangalore – 45 accept that on my behalf the


    both vehicles,

    1) Company: Suzuki Access. Color: White with Registration number KA03 KD1670

    2) Company: Suzuki Access. Color: Gray with Registration number KA03 KD0853

    were purchased which are registered in the name of FAHIM KHAN.

    The total payment was of Rs. 2,14,000 (Rupees Two Lakh Fourteen Thousand) on
    both the vehicles. I accept to pay the amount or return/submit the vehicles back at
    the police station, with immediate effect.

    It was not my intention to create such an awkward and embarrassing situation for you
    or for them.

    I have taken this decision with complete knowledge, belief, faith and information
    and no one has forced me to do it with a serious note, and if I do not follow the
    above-mentioned MOU, please take required steps and actions legally and morally, I
    have no objection from my side.
