About the Internship
Summer Intern – Finance

- Evaluation of investment opportunities

- Financial modelling
- Financial due diligence
- Assistance in idea generation and deal sourcing
- Understanding existing investments

Summer Intern – Real Estate

- Detailed understanding of the real estate sector and / or relevant

background
- Research on real estate sector
- Identifying real estate investment opportunities
- Assisting the investment team with financial modelling
Description of Role
- Managing existing investments

Summer Intern – Law

- Conducting due diligence on the potential investment opportunities

being evaluated and relevant documentation
- Assisting the legal team in coordinating with external counsel
- Research on case laws pertaining to SARFAESI, Insolvency and
Bankruptcy Code and other debt recovery related laws

The above responsibilities are a broad indication of the work that would be
allocated. The Interns would also be expected to carry out other duties and
functions which the management would deem appropriate including but not
limited to administrative, managerial, supervisory or any other duties.

- A lawyer with work experience in real estate companies

- A Chartered Accountant with work experience in Finance team of real
estate companies
- A CA / CFA / Lawyer with prior experience in credit investing

- We look for candidates with analytical skills and problem-solving ability
