commentators and presenters, you would manage the crew make sure
that the team is doing well and meeting the correct standards to then
make sure that the event is exciting and eye-catching.

This is almost the right role for me as it is gaming

which i am heavily passionate about and enjoy very
much and I like the role of producing as it appears a
very creative role however the only doubt I have is
for me? that I would prefer to either present or commentate
personally rather than produce and that’s just
because i feel that there’s a whole lot resting on the
producing which just isn’t really for me

 Before production starts, producers work with the designer,
What does the job entail?
lead artist and lead programmer to work out characters and
scenarios in a game. They might test the ideas on players, define
who it’s designed for and how it differs from competing
products.

right qualifications also through apprenticeships which then you
would get the right experience and you’d get some contacts
through that as well as this you can qualify as a project manager
and get a specialized management qualification called Prince 2
I think this is one of the better roles for me as it is involved in
the gaming industry which if my first choice doesn’t go through
then this is 2nd option but I’m quite passionate about gaming in
general and it is something I do enjoy quite a lot.

Compare the 2 jobs and discuss which job you would rather do? And which job you
think you are more likely to gain now and in the future.

Out of the two jobs I would personally rather be an e-sports producer and that because I
feel like the role s more fitting towards me and my practical and I see myself more likely
doing that in the future more than the games producer and also with an e-sports producer I
feel that you would get more contacts through that
