Woohoo! You’re here!

I’m SO excited to help you create an offer (or several offers) your soulmate clients will go
gaga for on Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday!

This time of year is a wonderful time to test out something new, gift your community with a deal,
and allow alllllll the people who’ve been creepin’ your social media (but not yet ready to invest
the big bucks) to dip a toe into working with you!

Let’s get this marketing party started, shall we?!

STEP 1: Brainstorm your offer (or suite of offers)

Here are some questions to get your wheels turning...

What have you already created that’s gathering dust on the digital shelf?

What is something you could create that would naturally lead into one of your higher level
offers?

What would be super helpful to your community AND easy for you to create right now?

Are there any courses you’ve been thinking about creating that you could beta-test as a Black
Friday offer?

One of my favorite strategies is to journal all this put, spend at least 5 minutes meditating and
then place my hand on my heart and say “Universe, Higher Self, Angels: What would you have
me create that is of HIGH service right now?” and then notice any ideas that arise.
Here are some ideas for potential Black Friday/Small Business Saturday/Cyber Monday
offers:

● Combine past livestreams or blog posts into a digital “bundle” (and make them no longer
publicly available for free).

● Offer a single module (or a few modules) from a digital course you’ve already created.
That way if people love them and want more, they will be incentivized to upgrade to the
whole thing!

● Let people purchase a 1-off session/mini-intensive with you, potentially at a slightly

reduced rate (this works well when you typically only work in longer packages). You
could also offer a 2-for-1 deal where someone can purchase a session for themselves
and a friend as a gift (people are extra generous this season and already on the hunt for
creative holiday gifts for friends, family, team members, etc. A session with you could
make for a unique + unforgettable holiday gift!

● Provide the chance for someone to buy a week of Facebook messenger or Voxer
support with you, so they can ask questions/get support in real time, and get a taste of
what it’s like to work with you in a longer 1 on 1 package.

● Create a training on a very specific, bite-sized topic (Bonus points if it takes no more
than a few hours for you to create).

● Create a special coupon code that can be applied toward any of your offers for the next
year.

● Offer an assessment (digital questionnaire followed by written or recorded feedback from

you based on a client’s answers).

● Do a “pay what you can” option for one of your existing offers.

● Give a “donate to charity” option for one of your existing offers (people get access to
something in exchange for a charity donation - they send you a receipt of describe to
you how they volunteered, whatever parameters feel good to you). This creates good
will, showcases your brand values AND counts as a tax write off!

● Donate a portion of your Back Friday proceeds to charity (and let people know this in
your promotion).
● Create a “behind the scenes” of your own routine, processes, etc. (ie. all the social
media posts/emails you used in a past launch if you’re a business coach, or your 5
favorite gluten-free holiday recipes if you’re a health coach).

● If you’re about to raise your rates, you can let people know that now is their last chance
to get your services before the investment increases (right after Cyber Monday).

● Offer free shipping (if you sell any physical products)

● Partner with another (complimentary) service partner and do a joint venture together
(this is also a great way for both of you to expand your online community and get in front
of new audiences).

● Record a set of guided meditations or visualizations (Anchor is a free app that allows you
to easily record + add background music in one spot).

● If you’re visually talented, create a series of desktop + phone backgrounds or

screensavers with inspirational (and on-brand) quotes/tips.

● Create an “early bird” sale for something you plan to launch in the new year.

NOTE: If you have a few different ideal client avatars at different levels/with unique needs you
may consider creating a black friday deal for each avatar!

Step 2: Bring your offer(s) to life!

For me this usually includes the following steps (which I go into much greater detail in my digital
course on creating your first digital course, Bundle Your Brilliance). But here’s a sneak peak for
now:
● Create sales page / payment button (in a pinch I will create a PDF instead of a sales
page and include a Paypal purchase link on there)
● Plan out + record any new content
● Determine where/how you would like your clients to access the content if it’s a course (A
private facebook group? Your website? A tool like Teachable or Kajabi? You decide).
● Determine the schedule of content delivery (will it be available all at once? Dripped out
over time? If so, be sure to clarify how it will be delivered ahead of time)

Here are some tools that make all of the above far easier:
Leadpages - create sales pages + landing pages quickly and easily. These will integrate with
your payment processor + email provider.

Zoom - great for hosting + recording video and audio trainings + group coaching calls.

Google Forms - Perfect free tool if you decide to offer a questionnaire + assessment.

Anchor - Great way to record audio + add music without any technical experience (perfect for
recording guided meditations)

Acuity - call scheduling tool (if you have a sudden influx of sessions you do NOT want to be
messaging back and forth to schedule them all - this will allow you to block out your availability
in your calendar and allow people to book in on their own).

Canva and Picmonkey - easy-to-use design tools to help make promo materials pretty.

Step 3: Price your offer

You want your Black Friday to feel like an “omg - what?!” deal, so the pricing will depend on the
rest of your suite of services. A general rule of thumb is to discount *approximately* 40% (yes,
really). The goal is to spark a buying frenzy!

Step 4: Promote your offer

Start by letting your peeps know something exciting is coming a few days to a week beforehand
and that they should be on the lookout for your offer on Black Friday.

During this “coming attractions” phase you can share a bit about the topic of your offer + why it’s
important (without all the details), and then invite people to drop an emoji or write “keep me
posted” in the comments if they want you to let them know as soon as it’s available.

Another great thing to do in the week leading up to Black Friday is to ask the people in your
community questions that naturally lead to your offer, such as:

● What is your biggest challenge right now when it comes to (insert the topic of your
program)?

● How high of a priority is it for you to (insert the promise of your program, such as, get
your first paid client as a coach)?

● What have you tried so far when it comes to (insert topic of your program)?
● How would your life shift if you (insert the end goal of your program, such as “started
dating your soulmate romantic partner”)?

Keep track of who responds in the comments section so you can reach out to them when
enrollment opens and let them know how your offer can support them with their specific goals.

Once it’s time to go live, be sure to...

● Announce your offer to your email list (if you have one).
● Post on social media (Facebook + Instagram are especially powerful)
● Consider running a Facebook ad to a warm audience (targeting people who have
already visited your website).
● Do livestreams on Facebook (and while you’re at it, give people an incentive to share,
such as picking one person per day out of everyone who shares for free session with
you or win a prize)
● Talk about the offer on your Insta-stories
● Cross promote your offer with a friend who has a similar size audience and offers
something complementary to what you do.

Final Thoughts

Think less about perfection and more about being helpful.

Consider Black Friday a marketing experiment. There is no such thing as “failure” this is just an
opportunity to learn and gather information.

Remember, the short turnaround time is actually a great way to get you out of your comfort
zone. Think: lean, messy, and imperfect ACTION.

I’m sending you (and everyone who will benefit from your black friday offer) loads of love!
