ADMIT CARD GENERATION PROCESS END TERM EXAMINATION

STEPS INVOLVED IN GENERATING ONLINE ADMIT CARD

Firstly, Student will go to the link www.amityonline.com

❖ Then click on student Zone fill the student login detail to enter the student page.
❖ Go to the Generate Admit Card option which is available at left pane of the window.
❖ One “Pop up” menu will open, suggest Student to read it carefully before close the “Pop up”.
❖ Admit Card generation window will be open.
❖ In Admit card generation window student will find the details such as:
a) Name of the student
b) Program Name in which student is enrolled
c) Enrollment no. of the student
d) Registered Email ID
e) Admission Session
❖ Apart from this student will also find subject details such as:
a) Semester in which the respective subject belongs
b) Subject Name with code detail
c) Exam date
❖ Student is suggested to read all exam related Instructions before clicking button “BOOK
NOW”
❖ After reading the instruction carefully click on “BOOK NOW” button
❖ “Booking” Pop up will appear on window.
❖ Under Booking section two fields are there such as:
a) Select Your Examination at Amity
b) Select Slots
❖ Under “Select Your Examination at Amity” Choose:
Amity University Centre
❖ Under “Slot Section” three predefined exam slots are there such as:
a) 9:30 to 11:30 IST
b) 12:30 to 2:30 IST
c) 3.30 to 5.30 IST
❖ Student may opt any exam slot at a time

1. Steps to book Admit Card in Center Mode

❖ Student will have to select the “exam slot” from the three exam slots given.
❖ Student will have to select “Your examination at Amity”
❖ Student need to select defined Amity centre as given.
❖ After selecting your examination at Amity, the student will click on “Book Button”.
❖ A “Pop up” Massage will appear on window & ask student to confirming the “Seat”
❖ If Student click on “OK” Button, Final Acknowledge “Pop up” Will appear.
❖ Finally, Student are suggested to take the Print out of “Admit Card” After on click on
“Print” Button.

Note: The admit card is an important identity document that all student must keep it handy
during examination and produce as & when its required.
