Evidence: The happiness advantage

I will never forget the day I learned to play video games. I wanted to be able to play well and be
able to improve at games competitively. If I want to play well, I must be well focused and calm. It
was really difficult because when you can't stay focused, you start to lose and stress and so I won't
be able to improve.

He had tried many times before, but was generally frustrated and stressed. Anyway, I watched a
lot of Youtube videos on how to play better until I finally found the right way to be able to rest
easy and improve.

I followed the different instructions and practiced a lot. It was difficult;

Sometimes from practicing so much I got tired of not being able to improve and felt powerless.

In less than four months, I started playing super well and improved a lot. It felt so good; I felt
happiness, I still feel it. I was super satisfied. He had learned to be able to play like a good player.

I've always found it amazing how good professional video game players are. So the moral of my
story is that to be happy and successful, you need to practice and not give up; No matter what it is,
if it makes you happy, that's fine.
