Quitting Video Game

About 4 months ago, I used to be addicted to playing video games. When I play excessively, I start
forgetting, delaying, and not caring about my real-life responsibilities and problems, which usually don’t
go away. After. the cycle get worse, then I decided to make a change.

To begin with, it's tough. I started to reduce the intensity of playing video games a day and find one
activity that I can do that isn’t gaming. After that, I found a new hobby that made me think there are
new things that can be done to improve my skills besides playing video games, and that is cooking.
Soon, I was able to adapt not to playing video games in a day. After a while, I make the big decision to
quit playing video games.

In the end, I feel the impact of quitting video games. I started to care about my responsibilities again. I
also saved some money and did not spend it on video games stuff. Finally, I feel happier because i'm not
addicted anymore
