PERSONAL WEB PAGE REQUIREMENTS
Business Value
Because we will be working on projects together:

a. We will often need to contact each other.

b. It will be useful to know something about each other so we can get to know each other
better.

IMPORTANT:
The information you provide on your personal Web page will NOT be used by your
manager to contact you, so the content you provide may be fictional if you so desire.

Personal Web Page Conventions

1. Each member of the Special Projects Group must have a personal web page.

Personal Web Page Layout

The layout of your personal Web page (how the content is organized on the web page) is up to you.

Personal Web Page Content

Your personal Web page must contain at least the following items:

● Full Name
● Current Address
● Phone numbers where you can be reached
● A recent photograph of yourself
● A brief autobiography
● Your personal and professional goals over the next 5, 10 and 20 years
● The skills you have that you think are most important
● Your hobbies
● Answers to the following questions:
o If you were independently wealthy, what would you do with your money?
o Where is the one place in the world you would visit if you could, and why?
o Where is the one place in the world you would NOT want to visit, and why?

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Your personal Web page must contain the following HTML:

● One picture, formatted to resize correctly if the browser window resizes

● Text
● At least two levels of headings
● At least one numbered list
● At least one bulleted list
● At least one nested numbered list
● At least one nested bulleted list
● At least one table with at least one column span and one row span
● Bold and italic text
● At least two special characters
● At least one accented character (from any language you choose)
● Paragraphs and breaks
● At least one non-breaking space code
● At least one horizontal line
● At least one quote
● A link to your blog page, and a link from your blog page back to your personal page.
● Your personal Web page must validate (using the W3C's HTML5 validator)
