Write an email to the president of the club. Write about your feelings suggest possible
alternatives Write 120-150 words. You have 20 minutes.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Vu Kien Cuong, a member of English club. I am writing this letter to express my feelings about the
cancellation of the Talk show and there will be no meeting this week.

Honestly, I feel very disappointed to hear that news. You know our club members and especially I are
waiting for this event a long time ago and now it is suddenly cancelled just because of unexpected
reasons.

May I have a recommendation for this problem? I suggest that you should ask every member of this club
to give their individual advices to have another plan for the Talk show next week. I think that most of
them will be honest to give their ideas of holding another event instead of the Talk show.

I am looking to hearing from you soon if my recommendation is acceptable.

Your faithfully,
Cuong
