Training Program (RTP). The RTP is an at-will Program where Analysts or Associates are hired by
one of Aviation’s Practices, but then have the opportunity to rotate into another Practice. The
duration of the RTP is approximately 24 months, with rotations possible approximately every 8
months. The objectives of the RTP are to provide junior staff with the opportunity to gain
exposure to all aviation sectors, develop skills and knowledge that can be leveraged across
Practices and promote a culture of collaboration and learning. In addition, the structured nature
of the program provides you with a clear path towards promotion. 
Your work will vary by project and practice but as an Analyst you can expect to be a key
member of a consulting team dedicated to client-based projects, primarily responsible for the
research; collection and synthesis of business, financial, economic, and transportation data;
and the creation of spreadsheet models, databases, statistical analyses, and graphical
presentations.  
If you are looking to increase your knowledge of the aviation industry, develop your analytical
skills as well as interface with clients to gather data and present results of studies and
analyses, this is the role for you.
What we are looking for?
Our consultants are recent graduates of top-tier universities with degrees in a wide range of
topics including engineering, economics, finance, business or policy. We will also consider
candidates with a Master’s Degree/MBA and/or two-to-five years of work experience, preferably
related to aviation, finance or consulting. 
You must be able to demonstrate strong analytical aptitude, experience with Microsoft Office
Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access), exposure to quantitative model development, and
strong verbal and written command of English language.
We welcome individuals with additional languages skills, comprehension of finance
fundamentals, and experience with Microsoft SQL.
