Definition:
Time Management: time & management.
Management: planning, organizing, controlling.
Time: Limited
Time management: how to fit all activities into our time effectively.
Things to consider: knowledge, planning, organization, priorities, focus.
Managing time mean managing energy and reducing stress.

Key of increase time effectiveness:


Maximize our time today, make more space tomorrow
Delegates something to other
Take priority and let go less important

4D of time management:
- Delete: eliminate task, emails, activities that less important
- Delegate: delegate to other task that less important, less responsibility,
resoruce.
- Do : do delete, delegate and defer
- Defer: put off task, do task later time, postpone task.

Good time management benefit:


decision making, higher standard, increase opportunity, cost saving
