    Patient : excuse me nurse, can you help me?

    Nurse : yes, what can I do to help you?

    Patient : I want to go to the ICU, but I don't want to go through the stairs. Can I take the lift?

    Nurse : yes, of course you can use the lift for visitors.

    Patient : but I can't find it.

    Nurse : From the emergency room, you go straight through the Dispesari room, the toilet,
    then you will find the radiology unit room, and the lift is next to the laboratory room.

    Patient : okay thank you.

    Nurse : You're welcome
