the greater the product that the company may produce. In this time of Covid-19

more are still running.

Their business operation is really affected by the situation, many decisions also made
them to think difficulty on how they would pay for this continuously incurred expenses.
This study will generate a new existing solution for the benefit of small businesses which
is aiming to produce the best solution in controlling the company fixed cost. Through
that, the small scale business will have an alternatives and ways in case the business will
encounter a problem like this. This study wants to providing an effective way in order to
aid the decreasing profit in small restaurants that are affected by the covid-19
