BRIEF
The new development will be on a 2500 sqm area and will comprise retail, wholesale,
recreation, offices and accommodation i.e both hotel suites and furnished apartments,
creatng a centre full of activities which will open a ‘New CBD’ in the former Nairobi Industrial
Area.
Site Selection:
The site next to the River Ngong at the Intersection of Chepkorio and Machackos Roads
was selected because properties at waterside locations attract premium of about 20% in
comparison to non-waterside properties.
The site is also in close proximity to the proposed Ngong River Museum and Arts Center
which is an important public building that will attract alot of visitors to the site.
