I have known Emilee for three years while she pursued the Bachelor of Education Degree at Burman University.
I taught Emilee in some of her methods courses, and I have observed her teaching in her first practicum. Emilee
made valuable contributions to the learning experiences in the classroom and collaborated well with her peers.
She responded positively to feedback from faculty and peers, and demonstrated a willingness to learn new ways
of engaging students in learning. She was receptive to new ideas and interacted in meaningful ways with her
peers and faculty.

I had the privilege of observing Emilee teaching during her first practicum experience. She was able to provide
engaging and meaningful learning experiences for her students. Furthermore, Emilee demonstrated the ability to
adapt her lessons quickly, and differentiate instruction to meet the learning needs of her students. In addition, she
interacted and collaborated well with members of the school community.

Emilee was active in the community, as she sought opportunities to work with an acrobatics team, and with
children at summer camp.

Given the qualities demonstrated by Emilee during her tenure at Burman University and her practicum
experience, I believe she will be a great addition to your teaching staff.
