Arrivals
VFR TFC bound to Córdoba AD shall notify its intentions to the AFIS unit before reaching REPs and enter the FIZ
following depicted routes.
Departures
Outbound VFR TFC wishing to leave the FIZ shall notify the AFIS unit, reporting the exit route and the reference
point to be used.
Standard Taxiing Procedures
Unless otherwise instructed by the Córdoba Operations Office:
ACFT will enter and exit the apron via TWY A (all ACFT types) or TWY B (only ACFT with wingspan less than
18m) regardless of the RWY in use.
Arriving ACFT
ACFT landing on RWY 03 or RWY 21 will leave the RWY depending on their size via TWY A (all ACFT types) or
TWY B (only ACFT with wingspan less than 18m). They will remain on the respective TWY until reaching Apron A
or Apron B.
The crew is not informed about assigned stands in General Aviation cases (except particular cases).
ACFT parked on a stand should not impede the movement of others.
Departing ACFT
Authorization for engine start-up, towing or beginning of taxiing is not necessary.
The crew must communicate the necessary information about the ACFT which is preparing to exit to the Córdoba
Operations Office.
Autonomous Departure
Stands: A1, A2, and A3 on apron A, stands 00 and 10 on Apron B.
Exit from stands A1, A2, and A3 to the RWY will be carried out via TWY A (Commercial Aviation).
Exit from stands 00 and 10 to the RWY will be carried out via TWY B (Fire Services).
Push-back Departure
All other stands not mentioned in the previous point: the manoeuvre will be carried out via the adjacent TWY,
from where the ACFT leaves the apron to the nearest TWY heading to the RWY.
Helicopter Operations
HEL landing on RWY 03 or RWY 21 will exit the RWY via TWY A and then proceed until reaching apron A.
The crew is not informed about assigned stands in General Aviation cases (except particular cases).
HEL parked on a stand should not impede the movement of others.
Exit fromthe stands H1 and H2 will be carried out via apron A to TWY A and to RWY.
In the case of HEL parking in A3: incompatibility of operation with A1 and A2.
During entry/exit operations in H1 (Bell 412 or equivalent in dimension) no parking possible in A3/A1.
Operative Restrictions
Apron A
Taxiing to stands A4, A5, H1 and H2, ACFT with wingspan less than 15m only.
Apron B
Taxiing on apron B, ACFT with wingspan less than 18m only.
Taxiing to stands 33, 34, 43, 44, 53, 54, 63 and 64, ACFT with wingspan less than 15m only.
Radio Communication Failure
In the case of COM failure, ACFT shall enter FIZ complying strictly with VFR and proceed by the REP W maintaining
1000’ AGL. Hold W of AD without crossing RWY until light signals are received. Pilots can contact the AFIS unit by
