How to use:

The Application consists of two parts:

The Admin website and the User Application

The Admin site

The administrator site is where the administrator could add and delete users, voters, positions,
and candidates to the application. This is also where the admin could see the votes and have
access to the database. The admin could also add other admins to the database.
