TO WHOM IT MAY COCERN:

This is to certify that the lot area occupied by a certain Heirs of GULLERMO
SAMONTE at Barangay Guilawa, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay which is
geographically located between Latitude 07 ̊ 39’ 51.96’’ North and Longitude 123̊ 00’
36.24’’ East per actual GPS observation/ inspection, the above subject area found to be
within Unclassified Public Forest pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 380 dated
September 18, 2000, and previously within portion of LC Map No. 1993 Certified and
Approved on April 27, 1956 which is under Malangas Coal Mine Reservation
Pursuant to Proclamation No. 402, Certified and Approved on June 27, 1953, which is
not suitable for any patent application.
This certification is issued upon the request Heirs of Guillermo Samonte for
whatever legal intent and purpose may serve him best.
Issued this 19th day of October, 2020 at DENR-CENR office, Poblacion Imelda,
Zamboanga Sibugay.
