SCOPE OF SUPPLY

The Scope of Supply is defined and described by, but not necessarily limited to, any or all of the
following:

1.0 GENERAL SCOPE OF SUPPLY

1.1 The SUPPLIER shall supply PCIHBV with items based on the items listed in EXHIBIT
II - SCHEDULE OF COMPENSATION (the “GOODS”).
1.2 The SUPPLIER shall obtain PCIHBV’s prior authorization in order to proceed with
delivery of the GOODS to the destination specified in ARTICLE 3 of the TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.
1.3 The SUPPLIER shall provide a warranty for all GOODS supplied as specified in
ARTICLE 5 of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

2.0 SPECIFICATIONS

2.1 The GOODS delivered shall confirm to the description stated in EXHIBIT II -
SCHEDULE OF COMPENSATION and Specification and Description as below
Appendix I.

3.0 PREPARATION FOR SHIPMENT

3.1 The SUPPLIER shall be responsible for the design, supply, assembly and application
of all preservation and packaging required for safe transportation, handling and
storage of the GOODS supplied under this order, to the final destination in Iraq.
3.2 All openings shall be sealed and protected with molded plastic screwed plugs or
caps. The GOODS shall be packed in cartons or crates suitable for sea shipment in
such a way that corrosion and damage to parts and paint is avoided.
3.3 Each individual carton or box shall be marked with the Project Name & Code,
Purchase Order No., Tag No. and Purchaser’s Name and Address, on top and side of
the carton/crate.
3.4 The SUPPLIER shall be entirely responsible for any loss or damage to the GOODS,
and for any claims arising which may be attributable to defective and/or insufficient
packaging.
3.5 The SUPPLIER’s standard packaging and preservation specification shall be
submitted for PCIHBV’s approval.

4.0 DELIVERY

4.1 The SUPPLIER shall deliver the GOODS ordered to the location specified in ARTICLE
3 of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
4.2 The SUPPLIER shall deliver the GOODS ordered by PCIHBV within eight (8) weeks
from the EFFECTIVE DATE.
4.3 The following delivery term shall be employed for the delivery of the GOODS:
“Deliverey (DDP) (Incoterms 2010 edition) to Garraf Base Camp, Qala’at Sukkar,
District of Rifa’I, Thi Qar, Republic of Iraq”
5.0 WARRANTY

5.1 The SUPPLIER shall provide a warranty for the GOODS in accordance with ARTICLE
5 of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The SUPPLIER shall be prepared to submit any
required documentation pertaining to technical compliance, origin and
manufacture of the equipment to PCIHBV on request. Any material or part thereof
covered by this specification which shows evidence of deterioration, contamination,
corrosion or other failure within the WARRANTY PERIOD shall be replaced on site at
no extra cost to PCIHBV.
