SUPERINTENDENT'S GRADUATION MESSAGE

My warmest congratulations to the student achievers and completers of the School Year 2015-
2016!This milestone marks the end of one chapter of your lives and signifies the start of a new journey
filled with challenges, to prepare you for greater responsibilities.

Today, I would like to commend you, my dear students, for a job well done. I would also like to
show appreciation to my allies in the academe, our hardworking teachers, for their constant guidance
and for stirring the youth’s personal brilliance.Equally if not more important, I would like to recognize
the parents for their unwavering support and encouragement. Indeed, it is a challenging task to mold
the young and help them actualize their potentials.

Let this occasion be a reminder of the significant role of the Filipino youth in nation-building. Their
active participation in the growth of the country cannot be overemphasized. This is why the official
theme for this year’s rites, “Kabataang Mula sa K to 12, Tagapagdala ng Kaunlaran sa Bansang
Pilipinas,” focuses on the Department’s Basic Education Program as a transformative tool for local and
national development. With quality education for every Filipino, our young ones will be empowered to
take their chosen paths and become the very key to achieve what the Philippines has relentlessly
struggled for.
Beloved students, as you embark on another exciting academic venture, may you endeavor to
become effective citizens and make a difference in the lives of many.

Once again, congratulations!
