Accused, by counsel, hereby respectfully informs the Honorable

Court that he is waiving his appearance during the hearings of this
case except when required by law and/or rules of criminal procedure
and upon the orders of the Honorable Court. Further, during the pre-
trial conference of this case, the parties already stipulated on the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court and the identity of the accused as
the one charged in this case.
