Nowadays, we live in a world where if a person wants to reach something

they must work hard and do your best for it. Although, there are people who
prefer not taking risk and do not want to have additional responsibility, I am of
the opinion that if a person desires to be accomplished and skilled and
successful they have to work quickly and do not avoid from taking risks. First,
it will contribute to have career advance. Second, it will give the opportunity to
improve people’s life conditions.
To begin with, today modern companies require so many things from
their employees that employees cannot do all their duties if they work slowly. I
mean, there are so many instructions that employees must follow that they will
not be able to do them during a working they if they do not work quickly.
However, some workers think that it is better to work slowly and without
mistakes rather than quickly and with a risk to lose their job. In this case, they
do not have career advancement and stay at the same position during their
whole life. For example, my best friend Sarah took a risk and advertised their
company’s product on television which is very expensive and her boss warned
her if the company did not benefit from it Sarah would have to pay for all the
costs. Under the circumstances, the company’s products were sold very
successfully and Sarah had career advance. In fact, working quickly and taking
risks can be useful for employees.
Moreover, life has become so hard that people for surviving and making
their living have to work hard and do their best for not losing their jobs. In
other words, the job market has become so competitive that only creative and
initiative employees can struggle and enhance their life conditions. In addition,
people must not fear of working quickly and making mistakes because may be
these mistakes will lead to something beneficial. Hence, making mistakes is not
so dangerous that most workers think. To illustrate, as I mentioned above,
Sarah thanks to taking risks increased her salary and bought a house in New
York City. In this case, if Sarah did not do so, she would stay at the same
position and would not have the chance to buy such house.
In conclusion, it becomes obvious that it is more important to work quickly and
risk making mistakes than to work slowly and make sure that everything is
correct because due to it people will have career advance and because they will
meliorate they life conditions.
