    Purpose: To support members in times of illness, loss of loved one(s), or difficult


    situations

    ● Send appropriate cards to members


    ● Report correspondence at Chapter meetings

    ● Encourage all members to promptly report any needs to Chair

    ● If the need is of great concern, report to the President so the Telephone Captain can
    disseminate the information to the membership

    ● Keep expenditure record of cards, postage, etc. for reimbursement

    Write for the Newsletter as needed
