Programs

Purposes: The President & First Vice President are


1. To survey Chapter members for needs & ideas of programs
2. To plan program for the following year with Executive Board & Members

● Prepare survey for Chapter members in March/April

● Compile survey results & prepare for planning meeting

● Prior to planning meeting, collaborate with the following chairs: Holiday Brunch &
Boutique, Ceremonies, World Fellowship, Scholarships, Children’s Literacy, & any
other chairs as needed

● Establish & confirm the place, date, & program for each month

● Have extra program ideas, in case of cancellation

● Work with Area II Program Chair
