    Purpose: To maintain a sound financial environment for the Chapter by auditing the books
    annually and preparing a proposed budget

    ● By July 15th submit to the DKG CA Form 15

    ● The audit of the books annually

    ● The auditor may be a member of the committee or not a member of Beta Lambda. The
    whole committee may be involved in the audit and/or give the report

    ● The “Guide for the Chapter Auditing Committee” will be utilized

    ● The auditor may work with Treasurer to submit the financial report

    ● The treasurer & committee will prepare a budget annually (It is recommended that actual
    figures from one or two years be used for comparison)

    ● The budget report is given in September or October each year

    ● Collaborate with all fundraising events

    ● Write for the Newsletter 15th of August, October, April
