    Purpose: To provide Orientation for new members before their Initiation

    ● After Chapter has voted on Applications, discuss with President: the date, location, &
    invitations

    ● Invite the sponsor(s) to bring the new member(s) to Orientation

    ● Prepare materials for each new member

    ● Plan simple refreshments

    ● Thoughts: The Committee can develop folder(s) for new member(s). A Cover,
    Orientation page (chair has sample). In Separate folder samples of our publications &
    picture(s) of Annie Webb Blanton. There are technology pieces on the DKG CA
    website

    ● Orientation needs to be timely.
