    Purpose: To yearly document & record all pertinent information concerning Beta
    Lambda Chapter, Area II, DKG CA & International

    The ​Yearbook​ ​shall contain the following information:


    ● Title Page
    ● Purposes
    ● Delta Kappa Gamma Song
    ● DKG CA Educational Center address
    ● International Officers
    ● DKG CA State Officers
    ● Area II Officers
    ● Beta Lambda Chapter Officers
    ● Beta Lambda Past Presidents with Biennium date
    ● Beta Lambda Charter Members
    ● Beta Lambda Committees
    ● Telephone Tree
    ● Program, Theme, & Meetings for current year
    ● Beta Lambda Membership List with Initiation date & birthdays

    Email one ​Yearbook​ copy to the Ed Center & one copy to the Area Director annually

    The Chair is to maintain a file of Chapter ​Yearbooks

    The ​Yearbooks​ shall be digitally sent or given to the members at the September meeting (Note:
    Remaining books after September meeting will be sent or delivered)

    Inform President & Yearbook Chair of changes of address, phone & or e-mail

    Note: Included in budget
