Which of the 20 attractions you should visit in Colombia (or anywhere else) is your
favorite? And because?
My favorite place is Caño crystal Or “the river of five colors,” because in the Caño
Cristales site in the time of September and November it blooms with vibrant colors. This
natural occurrence is caused by an eruption of aquatic plant life, transforming the river into
a bright red mantle, offset by dark oranges and greens and yellows, mosses, and algae.
Where is it located?
Is located in the Serranía de la Macarena National Park. This unique and wonderfully
colorful phenomenon is a picturesque sight located within a remote part of the country. The
62-mile (100-kilometer) stretch of river has beautiful waterfalls and natural pools.

Short story :
It is located in the Serranía de la Macarena National Park, we went with my husband and
daughter to rest, this is the photo of the Caño Cristal river, it is the photo that I like the most
because it can affect its beautiful colors that highlight the beauty of the river, which house
one of its grounds are in very beautiful colors and that make it really bright. There were
three days of fun, it starts with the speed of Bogotá to the La Macarena airport and activities
such as a boat cruise on the Guayabero river, walks in the rain forest, swimming in natural
pools and waterfalls, and photographic stops in places like Los Ochos , the Karol Cristal
and Brazo Pianos pool. All this he enjoys very much because here one of the things
dedicates his time.
